Quick, easy and super delicious. This Asian beef stir-fry with vegetables not only looks like something you could get in Asia, it also tastes like it. Fresh beef meets fresh vegetables. Asian cuisine at its best.
Put soy sauce, fish sauce and starch in a bag, mix and marinate the beef in it.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan and sear beef in it for 3-5 minutes.
Take out the meat again and now fry the vegetables together with garlic and ginger in the pan.
After 2-3 minutes, turn down the heat, add the meat again.
Deglaze the whole thing with a little broth and you're done.
Notes
