Greek yogurt (Low Fat)

oatmeal

Instruction
Put everything, except the berries and greek yogurt, together in a blender.
Blend briefly and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Pour everything into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for about 6 minutes.
Now let it cool down a bit and add the greek yogurt.
Mix everything nicely, add the raspberries and blueberries and refrigerate overnight.
If necessary, decorate with a little cinnamon and enjoy!
