Is there anything better than healthy Pudding-Oats in the morning? Today we have a really delicious healthy oat’s recipe: My healthy oat pudding!

Chocolate Puddingoats

What makes this recipe special?

Pudding oats are already not a big novelty anymore, but this recipe is! That’s because instead of pudding powder and oatmeal or something similar, we use ground gelatin, oatmeal, and Skyr! So you can conjure up a really tasty and super solid pudding. Especially great as a breakfast or lunch snack!

The perfect dessert: Oatmeal in the evening

What I find so great about oatmeal pudding is that it represents the perfect healthy dessert for weight loss. Because oatmeal dishes make you feel full for along time and are very rich in valuable minerals and vitamins.

Especially in the evening, oatmeal is just perfect to sleep well, because the carbohydrates make you full for a long time and at the same time release melatonin. One more reason to love this healthy and low-calorie oat pudding.

Personally, I usually prepare my pudding oats in the morning after getting up or in the evening before going to bed. So I can then enjoy it in the evening as a healthy dessert or just for breakfast the next day. Since the oatmeal can be stored up to 3-days in the refrigerator, it is also perfect for a healthy Meal-Prep! But enough talking, let’s start with the recipe:
