Healthy Pudding-Oats – Easy and Quick!
Is there anything better than healthy Pudding-Oats in the morning? Today we have a really delicious healthy oat’s recipe: My healthy oat pudding!
This does not only sound delicious, it is delicious. Even better. It is actually very healthy! So let’s begin with my superlative healthy low calorie pudding oats recipe.
What makes this recipe special?
Pudding oats are already not a big novelty anymore, but this recipe is! That’s because instead of pudding powder and oatmeal or something similar, we use ground gelatin, oatmeal, and Skyr! So you can conjure up a really tasty and super solid pudding. Especially great as a breakfast or lunch snack!
The perfect dessert: Oatmeal in the evening
What I find so great about oatmeal pudding is that it represents the perfect healthy dessert for weight loss. Because oatmeal dishes make you feel full for along time and are very rich in valuable minerals and vitamins.
Especially in the evening, oatmeal is just perfect to sleep well, because the carbohydrates make you full for a long time and at the same time release melatonin. One more reason to love this healthy and low-calorie oat pudding.
Personally, I usually prepare my pudding oats in the morning after getting up or in the evening before going to bed. So I can then enjoy it in the evening as a healthy dessert or just for breakfast the next day. Since the oatmeal can be stored up to 3-days in the refrigerator, it is also perfect for a healthy Meal-Prep! But enough talking, let’s start with the recipe:
- 250 g Greek yogurt (Low Fat) vanilla
- 500 ml water
- 50 g oatmeal
- 50 g blueberries
- 50 g raspberries
- 9 g gelatine ground
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Optional sweetener
- Optional flavdrops
- Put everything, except the berries and greek yogurt, together in a blender.
- Blend briefly and let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Pour everything into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for about 6 minutes.
- Now let it cool down a bit and add the greek yogurt.
- Mix everything nicely, add the raspberries and blueberries and refrigerate overnight.
- If necessary, decorate with a little cinnamon and enjoy!
