Healthy banana pancakes made from 3 ingredients!

Banana Pancakes

This is how you create up your own healthy pancakes with bananas and oatmeal. But the best thing in my opinion is that you don’t even need more than 3 simple ingredients. All you need is: Bananas, eggs and oatmeal (instant oats) or any other healthy flour.

For example, I also like to use spelt flour or normal wholemeal flour. Of course, normal flour also works very well.

For a little extra protein you can also replace a little flour with whey protein. This way you not only get more protein, but also a little sweetness that fills you up even longer.

So let’s just start with the recipe!

My tip for the recipe:

I personally love to refine the dough with 1 pinch of salt before I put it into the pan. This way the whole thing tastes a little more intense and sweet. Without having to add sugar.

At the same time I always use 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to grease my pan. This makes it easier to prepare and gives the dough an additional good taste. Especially if you want to fry everything well from both sides in the pan. This should actually be the goal, since no one would want to use a second pan for the second side?

Also, you don’t have to be very careful with the oil if you want to put the dough in the pan. This makes the preparation much easier. I mean, who doesn’t want to make the preparation easier?
