Ingredients
400gcanned chickpeas
100gtahini
40mlolive oil
1clove(s)garlic
0.5tspcumin
150mlwatercold
somelemon juice
somesalt
someparsley
Instruction
Drain the chickpeas well.
Finely chop the garlic clove.
Blend all ingredients except the parsley with a hand blender or food processor until creamy.
Add a little water if necessary, if the consistency is too thick.
Serve with a little olive oil and chopped parsley.
