A healthy colorful chickpea salad, not only does it look fantastic, it tastes fabulous. My super easy chickpea salad recipe.

Ingredients

lamb's lettuce

canned chickpeas

tomatoes

cucumber

scoop of mozzarella

lemon juice

tbs.
water
(room temperature)

Instruction
Wash the chickpeas under cold water and fry them briefly in a pan with a little oil.
Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, tomatoes, mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the parsley.
Wash the lamb's lettuce and possibly snap the end.
Now pour olive oil, lukewarm water and lemon juice in a jar and mix.
Pour the lamb's lettuce into a bowl and arrange the remaining ingredients on top.
Perfect the whole thing with some salt, pepper and parsley and take a picture if necessary. (Don't forget to tag @fittastetic_App).
Then to eat, mix the whole thing well, arrange in small bowls and enjoy.
