Naked Burger – Low-Carb Burger Recipe
The Naked Burger. My absolute favorite burger right now. Because it is a really delicious low-carb burger alternative. With this burger, you can save a lot of carbohydrates. By saving the burger buns! So a burger without bread. But also without carbohydrates.
Can I eat burgers as part of my diet?
Especially on a diet it is important to pay attention to what you eat, which is unfortunatly difficult to do in the fast food and burger area. Because, if we’re being honest, finding healthy burger buns or even low-carb burger buns is not exactly easy. That’s why, we thought as a team: let’s just make burgers without buns. Otherwise, you can also use my low-carb buns. Where each roll contains less than 10 grams of carbohydrates.
The perfect low-carb fast food for the diet: burgers without buns
So if you are on a diet but don’t want to give up fast food, you should try this burger! With this ingenious trick you can create a healthy low-carb naked burger! Even though it might sound strange to eat a burger without a burger bun. I can promise you, it tastes really great. Low-carb fast food in the easiest way. There is really not much more to say about this healthy burger.
Naked Burger
Ingredients
- 50 g spring onion
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 50 g red pepper
- 50 g zucchini
- 5 g olive oil
- 1 big button mushroom
- 120 g turkeybreast
- 1 whole egg
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Instructions
- Fry the turkeybreast in a pan with some oil.
- Fry the vegetables together in a new pan.
- Arrange the salad on a plate.
- Put the meat on the salad.
- Fry the egg.
- Distribute the vegetables on the meat.
- Season the egg with salt and pepper and place on the burger.
Nutrition
Personally I think this burger is a really cool alternative to the classic burger. Because, let’s be honest, burgers are really high in calories. With this healthy low-carb burger you save many unnecessary calories and carbohydrates and still have the classic burger style. Simply ingenious, right?
