Few ingredients but lots of taste!
So let’s get to the best part of the recipe: the ingredients. Because for this fitness recipe you don’t even need any fancy ingredients. All you need is: 1 egg, oatmeal (or regular flour), protein powder, coconut oil (or olive oil), a little almond milk (or milk) and 3 nice ripe bananas. Optionally you can also add some low-fat Greek Yogurt. This way you can get a little more protein in your bread and at the same time you make it even juicier!
Tip: If you don’t have a mixer at hand, you can easily mash the bananas with a fork.

My tip for the recipe:
Use ripe bananas! This provides extra banana taste. I would also recommend you not to use baking powder! I know that many recipes out there like to add baking powder. But the baking powder only makes the bread rise and collapse again, which just doesn’t look or taste good. So nothing you you have to put in.
I don’t think I have to say anything more. Just try the recipe and see for yourself.
Banana bread nutritional values
For anyone who’s interested: The bread itself has only 154 calories per portion of which 11g are protein! This makes it relatively low in calories compared to purchased products.
