Garlic Vegetable Pan – Healthy Vegetables with Minced Meat
Garlic vegetable mince pan, my recipe for a colourful vegetable pan! You can make your own delicious colorful vegetable pan with garlic and minced vegetables in less than 15 minutes. Very easy to prepare!
This garlic vegetable mince pan simply tastes so much better than all the prepackaged frozen vegetable pans! All we need are a few fresh carrots, crunchy green beans, with well fried minced meat and healthy onions. Rounded off with garlic and tomato sauce.
This is how you create a healthy, colourful vegetable pan on your plate. Homemade simply tastes best. It is also much healthier.
Garlic Vegetable Pan
Ingredients
- 100 g minced beef (light)
- 150 g carrots
- 1 normal onion
- 150 g frozen pepper the vegetable
- 100 g frozen green beans
- 100 g diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. pepper the spice
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Cut the carrots and onions and add them to the pan together with the minced beef.
- Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the peppers and green beans and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Mix tomatoes together with salt, pepper and garlic and add to the pan.
- Fry the whole thing a little longer and fill it on a plate.
