Strawberry Protein Smoothie, my red vitamin bomb against colds. This strawberry smoothie protects you from any kind of flu! Yes, a protein smoothie is quite something. But have you thought about your vitamins? No?! Well then it’s about time for a healthy smoothie!
With this super delicious strawberry protein smoothie recipe you can create your own red vitamin bomb. With healthy ingredients such as strawberries and spinach you make sure that you are always well supplied with healthy vitamins in the coming winter and are prepared for the next wave of colds. Super short preparation with a great effect.
Red vitamin bomb
- 100 g frozen strawberries
- 50 g spinach
- 200 ml water
- 200 ml almond milk
- 50 g protein powder Chocolate
- optional sweetener
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Optional: add a little sweetener for more sweetness.
If the strawberries in the blender are not small enough for you, I would recommend you to simply puree the strawberries and spinach with an immersion blender.
